Please fill out an application.

Do NOT include $100 fee.

A preliminary review of your application will be conducted. You will be notified if the application is accepted or denied. If accepted, please send $100 (non-refundable) by check payable to Greg Andoll or by PayPal to 11616se@gmail.com. A thorough background check will then be conducted and you will be notified of the results.

Acceptable employment and rental history required. Minimum income levels apply. 30% of gross monthly income cannot exceed rent.

Please inform your current landlord and employer that they will be contacted and that you give them permission to discuss relevant matters with landlord or his agent.

REGULATORY

Equal Housing. Housing provider will not refuse to offer housing to prospects or applicants because the applicant(s) relies on District or Federal funds to pay a portion or all of the rent.
